Yes. When you upload your materials, our AI processes and indexes the content. That way, it can respond to your student's questions using your own textbooks, worksheets, and lesson plans, staying consistent with your approach.

The AI tutor can help explain concepts, guide students through practice problems, and offer hints. It never gives away answers and only works from your uploaded materials, so it reinforces how you want your student to learn.

It is a secure testing and study environment where students cannot open new tabs, use other AI tools, or browse the internet while learning. It is designed to reduce distractions and prevent cheating, especially during assessments.

No personal data on your children is collected. We store learning analytics like topics studied or questions asked so you can track progress. You can delete all data at any time, including uploaded materials, conversations, and logs. All data is encrypted.

Yes. We follow COPPA and all relevant child data protection rules. Parent consent is always required for users under 13.

Right now, Understandly works as a standalone system. We are planning integrations with popular homeschool platforms and management tools.

Yes. You can create different student profiles under a single parent account to manage materials and track progress individually. Pricing will depend on number of children accounts created.

Absolutely. Understandly is a great fit for co-ops, microschools, and pods. We are building support for multi-student setups and shared curriculum access.

Accounts recieve free premium access for the duration of the beta program. When we move to full launch, we'll notify you in advance and provide plan options if you'd like to continue using our service. You will be able to keep the premium access or select one of the other service levels. We will not charge you unless you select to continue with Understandly.

You may see small updates, changes, or occasional issues as we improve the platform. We will also reach out to your registered email requesting feedback and suggestions to help us improve Understandly.

Yes! You can keep the premium account or downgrade your plan at any time following the beta program.

The beta will run until we are ready to move to full launch. We will notify you in advance of the transition.

When the Beta period ends, some features will be locked until you subscribe. Your data is always safe - just subscribe to regain full access. If you choose not to subscribe, your account and all data will be deleted.
